Service: Vinduespudsning udført af All-Clear ApS for både private og erhvervskunder.

Generelle Betingelser
Ved afgivelse af en bestilling med All-Clear ApS accepterer kunden de følgende betingelser.

Tjenesteyderen vil ikke benytte stiger i forbindelse med udførelse af servicen. Dette er for at sikre både medarbejdernes og kundens sikkerhed.

Adgang via boligen
Hvis adgang til bestemte områder som altaner eller lignende kræver passage gennem kundens bolig eller erhvervsejendom, vil dette medføre en merpris. Det er kundens ansvar at sørge for klar adgang og informere tjenesteyderen i forvejen om sådanne særlige forhold.

Maler-rester og byggeriaflejringer
Almindelig vinduespudsning omfatter ikke fjernelse af maler-rester, byggeriaflejringer eller andre usædvanlige materialer fra vinduerne. Fjernelse af sådanne materialer vil blive betragtet som en ekstra service og vil medføre en ekstra betaling. Prisen for denne yderligere service skal aftales særskilt mellem kunden og tjenesteyderen.

Afbestilling og ændringer
Eventuelle afbestillinger eller ændringer til den aftalte service skal meddeles skriftligt til tjenesteyderen mindst 48 timer før den aftalte servicedato. Ved manglende overholdelse kan tjenesteyderen opkræve et gebyr.

Ansvar og erstatning
Tjenesteyderen forpligter sig til at udføre service af høj kvalitet. Skulle der opstå skade eller mangler ved udførelsen af servicen, er tjenesteyderens ansvar begrænset til reparation eller genudførelse af den aftalte service.

Eventuelle tvister mellem kunden og tjenesteyderen skal i første omgang forsøges løst amikabelt. Hvis dette ikke er muligt, skal tvister afgøres ved dansk ret.

Ved servicebestilling bekræfter kunden at have læst, forstået og accepteret alle betingelser.
